He has acted as Manager of the Indian Cricket Team on multiple occasions, including during the Champions Trophy 2005 in Jaipur, and has played key roles in organizing matches for RCA, BCCI, IPL, and DCA. Mr. Tiwari has been instrumental in conducting tournaments across various age groups and strengthening grassroots cricket in Rajasthan.
His international exposure includes serving as an IPL official in South Africa and touring the UK and New Zealand on cricket assignments. He has also held several senior positions within RCA, including roles in selection, logistics, coaching, and disciplinary committees, making him a pillar of Indian domestic cricket administration.
